These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of adamsibalikhealer.com (the “Website”) and any services or digital content provided by Adam Sibalik (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, booking a session, or accessing or purchasing any digital content, you agree to these Terms, our Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.
1. Who We Are
Adam Sibalik is a professional energy healing practitioner based in the United Kingdom.

2. Scope of Services
We offer remote and in-person energy healing sessions, packages, and digital products (such as recordings or transmissions). These are designed for educational purposes only and are available to individuals 18 years or older.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions and we do not provide medical, counselling, legal, or financial advice.
If you require such assistance, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
In an emergency or mental-health crisis, please contact your local emergency services.
3. Nature of the Work
Energy-healing and intuitive work are subjective experiences.
Results vary and are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for your wellbeing and any decisions made as a result of your participation.
4. Bookings, Rescheduling & Cancellations
4.1 Bookings
Sessions are arranged via our scheduling system or by direct communication. Confirmation of booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer.
4.2 Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice by email to hello@adamsibalikhealer.com.
We’ll do our best to accommodate a new time within 30 days.
4.3 Cancellations
For sessions cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time: full refund (or fee waived if paying after).
For sessions where less than 24 hours’ notice has been provided, or failing to attend the session: 100 % of the session fee is payable.
Late arrival may reduce session length; the full fee still applies.
4.4 Technical Issues
If a session is interrupted due to an issue on our side (e.g., connectivity failure), we’ll offer to extend, reschedule, or refund the lost time.
If interruption is caused by your equipment, battery, or loss of connectivity, the full session fee remains payable.
4.5 Packages
Discounted packages must be used within 4 months of purchase. Unused sessions after that time are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Consumer-Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have 14 days to cancel distance contracts.
- Live sessions: Starting within 14 days waives the right to cancel once the session is fully delivered.
- Digital products: Beginning a download or stream within 14 days waives the right to cancel once delivery starts.
To cancel (where applicable), email hello@adamsibalikhealer.com with your name, details, and request.
6. Fees & Payments
- Fees are in GBP (£).
- Payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, or secure card payment.
- Payment due at booking, unless agreed otherwise.
- You are responsible for any bank and conversion fees.
- We are not VAT-registered.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
a. Provide accurate information;
b. Attend sessions in a quiet, distraction-free environment;
c. Not record or share session content without consent;
d. Be fully responsible for your own wellbeing.
8. Recordings & Testimonials
- Client recordings: Only with our consent, for private use only.
- Our recordings: Only with your consent; purpose and storage explained beforehand.
- Testimonials: If you share feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it (first name/initials and location unless anonymity requested).
9. Prayer List & Entity Clearing
Participation is optional. Minimal personal data (name/initials/DOB and intention) are processed per our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All Website and session materials are owned by Adam Sibalik.
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence for private use only.
You may not copy, modify, resell, or publicly share materials without written permission.
We encourage sharing our posts through the built-in sharing functions provided by platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or Telegram (e.g., “share,” “repost,” or “retweet” buttons).
These functions keep attribution intact and link content back to its original source.
Certain images, icons, or media displayed on this Website are used under licence or with permission from their respective copyright owners. Such third-party materials remain the property of their creators, and all rights are reserved to those owners.
Visitor Provided Materials:
